Well, sorta. If I'm posting a name here, I want to hear all guesses, either educated or intuitive. It could well be a creative spelling of Kayla with the pronunciation based on, say, Ceridwen, especially since the OP hasn't offered any info about the name bearer. Maybe the OP never thought of that and it turns out to be true.
