I'm confused when it comes to these names - is Lila a form of Leila? I've seen Lila pronounced LIE-lah and LEE-lah, and Leila pronounced LAY-lah, but according to some sites you can pronounce Leila as LIE-lah, LEE-la or LAY-la. Is this correct?

Also, if Leila is the original form, does anyone know which is the 'original' or 'correct' pronunciation for the name? Or have the different pronunciations come from different cultures?
