Teijo is a Japanese vocabulary word meaning "virtuous woman." I found several examples of it as a female name, but only one for a male, the 17th-c. swordmaker Goto Teijo. His real name was Genichirou, but he assumed the pseudonym Teijo as an adult. So, I don't think Teijo can really be considered a Japanese boy's name.
