I have never found a feminine form of any '-iah' name (Zachariah, Beriah, Obadiah, etc).
I would presume this is because Grecized/Latinized forms already appear feminine and thus prevent simple suffixing.
Though I'm not aware of one, there may indeed be a modern Hebrew feminization with an '-it' suffix of such.
