Years ago I met a young caucasian woman through a friend whose name was pronounced ko-SHA-la. I thought it was pretty and asked her about it. She said it was Arabic, and I forget why her parents gave her the name. I didn't think to ask her how to spell it.
Since then I have tried to find this name on various websites with no luck. Maybe it's a made up name?

I work around arab people all the time & havent heard anyone with this name nor does it sound very middle-eastern. it sounds like her parents were trying to get creative & wanted to try for something exotic & didnt succeed very well. I think its made up but dont take my word for it because im not sure. thats just my oppinion.
