Hello everyone,
I'm seeking more information about the following three names (thank you in advance for your help!):
Rutilius - a masculine name of Ancient Roman origin. The feminine form is Rutilia. This name was borne by a Roman poet from the 5th century. Rutilia was the name of Julius Caesar's maternal grandmother. I have no clue as to what the meaning of this name might be - perhaps someone else here does?
Titias - a masculine name of Ancient Greek origin. In Greek mythology, it was the name of one of the Dactyls. Could the meaning of this name be related to Titanius (see Titania)?
Titinius - a masculine name of Ancient Roman origin. The feminine form is Titinia. In history, Titinius was the name of a Roman dramatist and Titinia was the name of the wife of Cotta. Could the meaning of this name be related to Titianus (see Tiziano)? Or could its meaning actually be closer to the aforementioned Titanius (see Titania)?
