Welsh einion ‘anvil’ and/or uniawn ‘upright’, ‘just'.
Or my favorite spelling "Eynon".
I wish they'd add this name to the database. They have so many Welsh names that are unpronounceable (or without pronunciation keys, for those who are Welsh-impaired) or are not traditional, but more 'fantasy' names. This is a great name, and it should be added.
