Linwe
I know it's a strange feminine name. I heard of it twice...once as a character and another time on a website called, "Elvish name generator" i'm sure some of you have been there. Anyway, I pronounce it like, "Lehn-weh". Got any ideas?
It's easier to forgive a stranger for murdering someone you love than to forgive a family member that attempted it.

"Lin-weh" (first syllable like Lynn) is a approximate pronunciation of the name. J.R.R. Tolkien often placed an umlaut (diaeresis) over the final "e" in Quenya names (personal and place names). Sometimes the umlaut is lost, as in Linwe, but the final e should still be pronounced Example: Nessimë, Finwë, Eldalië. According to Tolkien, the ending "-e" should be pronounced "eh"
