It's possibly a variant spelling of Rhianna, but if you gave us an idea of where you heard it, that'd make it easier to know. It could also possibly be a feminine of the name Rehan? (I've found listings for Rehan as an Armenian name, but none of them have been from really reliable sources. Wiki lists Rehan as a "word in Arabic and Hebrew meaning 'fragrant one'", but again, not exactly the world's most trustworthy source.)
