I looked on a list of confirmation names it lists Pulcheria as meaning beautiful

The reason it isnt in the index is simple, there are millions of names and name variations and no name site can contain them all :)it may or may not eventually be added to the data base

_Pulcheria_ looks like the feminine of a family name derived from this.
