I hear of and see Kezia and Keziah now and then. I know it's still used a lot in the UK. Hero is seems to be used amongst the more uppercrust sects of society there too. Rare enough but still used. A celeb did just use it but I'm not sure who it was.

I have seen both in people's name lists. I don't know about babies named them, however if you like them, use them. there are a lot wierder names used now.
