Ayeka is not a variant of Ayaka, but an English spelling of "Aeka", intended as a help for the pronunciation (see wikipedia entry).
Ayeka does not exist in Japanese, "ye" does not exist in the Japanese alphabet.
Aeka is pronouced "ah-eh-kah".
