Yes, Pilot Inspektor is a name. It's the name of the person named Pilot Inspektor. Otherwise, that person is nameless. Is that your argument, that people with strange word names are in fact nameless?
This website is one of the most comprehensive, but it is by no means complete. The fact that something doesn't appear in the database of a name site is meaningless.
Please, drop the sassy attitude. You've been told where to post your original enquiry, and if it's important to you, you should open it up for discussion on Opinions. If it's not that important (which it doesn't seem to be, given that you haven't reposted it), then forget about it. But don't keep backchatting the folks on this board. We've been here a long time and we know what the boards are for. You haven't, and you don't, so you need to accept redirection.
