This looks fairly complete to me, I don't think that there is an English variant of that name. There does not have to be one, after all: If the people in English-speaking countries never used the name a significant number of times, it will simply lack.
"Translating" the Russian name Sergei to the English name Charles does not make any sense at all, if you ask me. I don't see how these two names could relate.
