I agree with starkaz and Megg. Letitia in English is pronounced "leh-ti-sha" and Letizia in Italian is pronounced "le-ti-tzi-a," rhyming with Patrizia "pa-tri-tzi-a."

I think Letitia is pronounced like Latisha and Letizia... I'd probably go for Leh-tee-zia, but with a sort of "t" sound on the z like in the word pizza.
