Goodness graciousPaying a consultant to tell you to name your baby Ava or Jackson? Wow. How creative. I mean, seriously. Ava and Jackson. What showstoppers. So unusual.:pHow lame. And how obsessive. And how sad a commentary on the state of the American consumer's ability to make a decision, much less the state of his/her imagination. Not in the sense of being able to imagine new names, but in the sense of being able to imagine one's own child simply bearing a name one likes for whatever reason.I think, Dr. Evans, you absolutely need to start charging people. As much as they're willing to pay you. Heck, sharp guy like you, credentials you've got, make it $100, never mind that $35 and $50 stuff, that's small potatoes. Go bold! Ride that pony! Who knows how far she'll run...

Totally agree with you, Lillian. It made me laugh but it really isn't funny at all. Seriously. What's in a name? Stress...causing angst between parents? I fear for them raising children when they have to turn to a stranger for the naming! Oh, gosh. This is serious. All that to name a baby Ava? Urgh!
Wow. SO glad I'm a namenerd...Thanks for posting :)
