I feel that there are two ways to go about this, there is the Tolkien way, which i would modify, it seemed he liked the breathless either ih-d-rr(slight trill)-eehl, or ee-d-rr-eehl (said slowly, with the emphasis on the moving from the 'r' to the 'i'
Probably not - given Tolkien's usual language rules, it would be IH-drihl ('ih' being a short 'i' sound, as in 'pick' when pronounced by someone English or Australian.
