Hey everyone- I need to know what my aunts origin is. Her name is Lulu.(spelled exactully this way)
But pronounced: Lulur.
We are both german and dutch. I would apreciate your help.

Lulu in Germany and the Netherlands is a short form for names beginning with Lu- like Luise, Lucia, Lukrezia, Lus, Ludwika etc.
Then there is an Arabic name Lulua meaning "pearl" and a Native American (don't know which language exactly...) name Lulu meaning "hare". That's all I could find.
