I would appreciate if someone can provide me as much possible information as someone can on the name "BEHLAH". Which language it belongs to? The origin? The meaning of the name and so on?

Could it be a form of
Bela
or
Beulah
?

It could also be rooted in the Latin "bellum", meaning war.

I think that Behlah might be the very old Hebrew word for "heaven." It really does seem like I heard or maybe read that somewhere.
