I am not sure what you mean. According to Hanks & Hodge's A Dictionary of First Names, the Scottish Gaelic form of Daniel is Dàniel. In Ireland, Daniel has been itself used as an "English" substitute for Domhnall, the original Gaelic form of Donald.
