My little brother has a new friend named Leetahl and I was wondering the meaning of it.
It is a female name, the family are of German/Jewish ancestry if that helps at all. Pronounced LEE-tah-l

Probably an alternative spelling of Leetal or Lital, which according to The Complete Book of Hebrew Baby Names by Smadar Shir Sidi, is a modern Israeli name from Hebrew words meaing "dew is mine".

Yes its a fairly common name in Israel for girls meaning 'my dew'
