Well, it's definitely unique. A Google search found the name used only in the combination Shoneugh Edwards - you!

According to Kate Monk's Onomastikon, "Shonagh" is a Scottish cognate of "Joan/Jean".

I would guess that Ms. Edwards' name is most likely a variant Scottish spelling of the same name.
