Parilee is either Paris + Lee or Prili, "my fruit" in Hebrew.
Eberlin... I dunno... Eber + trendy ending?

I don't know about PARILEE, but I found EBERLIN. It still exists as a surname in Germany and goes back to an ancient pet form of EBERHARD, used in the south west of Germany.
