Both are correct.They are dialect variants. Koo-HUL-in is how it is said in Ulster/Donegal Irish;Koo-CUL-in in Connaught/Galway Irish.Further South ,In Kerry it's more Koo-CHUL-in but this difference would only be obvious to someone used to the different accents.
