"Paquita" is a diminutive of the Spanish feminine name "Pasqualita" or "Pascualita", meaning "Easter".
It would be helpful if you would read the message if bright yellow prior to posting, about providing ethnic background for name requests, as with the other request you posted for your uncle's name.

Paquita is the most common pet form of the Spanish name Francisa, I find it hard to belive that her given name is in fact just "Paquita".

One thing I like about you, Nan...
