We all have suffered the different "Trolls" that decide to visit the site every now and then but this one is way out of line!!
After all of this terrible incident and reading the "apology" from this Caren, couldn't there be the possibility that this person posted from a public computer, at a cyber bar, leaving the BTN page open and "along" came another person, who used the same computer (hence the same I.P.) and typed that message?? It occurred to me that this might have happened since something similar happened to me with a Hotmail account while on vacation for posting from cyber bars...
Any way, you are the expert on tracking these Trolls and I do hope you will be able to sort it out.

Thanks for defending me Magie. This is similar to the story I started to make up but wanted to apologize instead since I felt so guilty by it. I really appreciate you sticking up for me anyway. It would have come in handy if I had choose the other side. Which I hope Im not sorry it didn't now. I just got really upset and over what was said cuz I was so SURE she meant it as an insult that I just HAD to apologize. Im really not a mean person as it seems. Whatever a "troll" means. But, if you'd like to see what happened just look on my post saying "nevermind" posted me Caren100.
P.S. I will agree that there was a LITTLE too much assumption made tho.
