Does anyone know the correct pronunciation of Shirin ? Is it SHIR-in, shir-IN or more like Shireen? Thank you

It's pronounced exactly as it's spelt with a very gentle and airy accent

I know someone with the name and it is pronounced like SHEE-reen

Seeing as it's Persian, I would have though shee-REEN.
