Well, obviously, your name is of Chinese origin. According to this site:

Liang means "good." They don't have anything for Der, but I have a hint for you -- ask your parents, grandparents or any Chinese-speaking friend you might have. (I would do that for you but both of my Chinese friends are away for the summer)
