Cerberus was the three-headed dog that guarded Hades' domain (the Greek underworld.) One of the labors of Herakles was to bring Cerberus up from Hades to the "upper world".
I'm not saying that you're mistaken in the name you posted, but this is the closest I could get to it. :)
