On my birth certificate,my name is selled Lyndia.I would like to know the origin of this name and the meaning.I know that my My Grandmother was full Cherokee Indian,my Mother half.I was wondering if perhaps this is a Native American name.I have never used it.Only the common spelling of Linda.I would appreciate any or all the info I can get on this.I am now years old and would love to know.....Thank You!
