Anyone heard of "Vortimer"?
I am an aspiring author, and while reading a history book I came across a fabulous villain's name. Now, Vortimer Fyre is a brilliant character in one of my books, but I can't find his name in the database.
Vortimer, as he is usually known to history, was the eldest son of the tyrannical High-King of Britain Vortigern Vorteneu.

...for an interesting etymology of the names "Vortigern" and "Vortimer" -- both of which apparently started out as titles. ("Overlord" and "Highest King").
