I have a third cousin named Lynnea pronounced (Lin-Ay-uh)
Has anyone else hear of it and/or know the meaning of it?

It is a popular Swedish name

But the normal spelling is Linnéa or Linnea. This is also the name of small pink flower, growing in the forest.

I know a girl named Linnea who pronounces it lin-AY-uh, but I don't know what it means. So, yes I've heard it but no I don't know anything about it.
