Does the name Padme mean anything? If it does what? I'm very much interested in this name because it is a cute name...the only time i heard it though was in the star wars movies...unless i'm mistaken.
Please, does anyone know what Padme means?

Hi Rachel,

I found the names Padma and Padam (both without information if they are male or female). They both mean "lotus" in Indian (Punjabi). Maybe Padme is related?
