What does the name mean and come from

I have found only one other Carlissa other than myself. How many are there of me and what does it mean? My email is carlissa@aemail4u.com

and it says:
Carlissa Manly, Noble, Kind Modern English
From Carla, meaning Manly Italian
From Alissa, meaning Noble, Kind Old English

It's probably a variant of Carlisa, only instead of Carlisa being a combo of Carla and Lisa, Carlissa's probably a combo of Carla and (most likely) Melissa.Click on the hyperlinks for more info.
