I have a new born (Frank Eliot, II) who was named after my Father (Frank Eliot, Jr). My Father was named after his Father (Frank Eliot). My oldest brother shares the same name (Frank Eliot, III). Based on what I have always been told, we named our son with the "II" suffix. Assuming that is correct, if my son has a boy and names him "Frank Eliot", would he have a "III" or "IV" suffix?
