ArchivesDoes anybody know what the name Marites means?
I'm trying to find out my best friends name, Marites, to translate it into Elvish. If anyone can point me to a definition or anyhthing Elvish I would extremely appreciate it.

Marites sounds like the root word is sea or ocean as in maritime, or mer (french for sea), marine, mermaid etc... hope that helps! ;)
