Ayles is a surname; the origin is Old English.
It may be from aegel, an element found in place names; but is more likely from the nickname egle 'loathsome, troublesome' and would mean '(child/servant of the) loathsome/troublesome person'. The nickname may have been a joke originally...
So far as I know, no biblical connections.
