If you meant Egyptian spelling, it more than likely be spelled the same why, as the Greeks got their alphabet (After tweeked with) from the Egyptians.

No, they didn't . . .
The Greek alphabet derives from the Phoenician alphabet, which was used to write an early Semitic language.
