I want to know what is the exact meaning of Alishba, I think it is an Egptyian name of a girl.

At first glance...
I'd assume it to be a variant of Elizabeth (in the tradition of Elisheba, Elisheva etc). A quick Google seems to show that it's most common in Pakistan. If that's true, it could likely be Arabic in which case it could be used in Egypt as well.
