Message: "Kilde" - Behind the Name

I just caght this name somewhere last week, and it was stored in the back of my head. It is feminime, I suppose, and possibly related to Kelda, or the place Kildare in Ireland.

Do you know anyting?

Kilde might be derived from the Danish 'kilde' meaning "channel or river bed".
So it might be related to Kelda.
I don't think it's related to Kildare which is derived from the Irish Cill Dara, cill "church" + dara "oak tree" - "church by the oak tree".
