Clouet
The word clouet, in old French, means small enclosure, from the Latin verb claudo meaning to fence in or to enclose.
Could also be a variant of Chloe?

Clouet - no clue, eh? Me either.
Tiresias was a gender-bender from ancient Greek mythology - tried being male, then was magicked into female form by some god or other, and reported back that women had a better time in the bedroom than men! No idea what his name means, or indeed what became of him, mythically speaking, but it should be findable and it's the only name I can think of that even comes close.
