Character
I'm writing a story, about a group of three girls who hassle, bully, and eventually turn their whole grade against a fourth. The leader of the trio is Rhea, another member is Shannon, the bullied girl is Corinna ("Cory"), and Cory's best friend turned enemy is Rachel. The thrid member of the trio, and the main character, is currently called Hannah. I like the name okay, but I'm not sure it fits very well. Does anyone have any suggestions? She is about 14 or 15, pretty, sophisticated, smart, and she and Rhea and Shannon are the most popular girls in school. They have good reason to be: Mostly, they're nice to everyone, except where Cory is concerned. The bullying gets pretty horrible before both Rachel and the main character find the courage to refuse to go along with it.
Sorry this went on so long, and that the stoy sounds sort of preachy, but if anyone has any changes or suggestions namewise, please let me know.
Cheers,
Cassie
PS: Two cruder bullies are Joyce, who uses acrid insuslts, and Emily, who has a burly and threatening presence. Names okay?

Currently, Rhea and Shannon are still the same, Hannah is Layla, Emily is Pat (Leigh's a good idea, though, maybe..), and Rachel and Cory are still Rachel and Cory.
Keep suggestions coming if you have more!
Other characters include:
Marla Pierce: Rich snob,
Kat Davern: Cory's main defender, good athlete.
Sarah Jackson: Normal, friendly, non-descript,
Lacey Carrem: Chess champoin who can't understand a simple joke.
Cheers,
Cassie
