"Khiya" and "Rajah"
Khiya is a name for my daughter I just put together myself, but have since heard different meanings for it; it may be Indian or Hawaiian. Rajah is a man's name. It may be Arabic or Muslim.

Rajah is an arabic name... which means 'Hope' it's not necessarely muslim both muslim and christian might held this name
Luckily you didn't spell it Khaya (or kaya). It means house in Southern African languages, and piccanini kaya means little house, in other words, outside lavatory or outhouse.
Rajah's simply the Indian title equivalent of "king" in English. For more on its history and etymology, click here: http://tinyurl.com/5edro.
As a personal name, perhaps Rajah's most famous bearer is Princess Jasmine's pet tiger in Disney's Aladdin.

I once read, that RAJAH as an Indian name is related to REX (Latin), e-RIC, and asteRIX and means "ruler".
