Hey guys, I have a question for you, but I don;t have much information to help you out with. I am looking for the possible ethnicity of the last name Vance. Possibly French? A friend of mine has that last name ans has no clue what nationality it is. Thanks for the help.

Pavlos, you're so goofy! I saw all theese postings with my name, and started freaking out. I thought the chick with the multiple personalities was trying to take me over! :) Thanks for the love, you gus are the best. BTW, I'm out of town from now until Sunday night. It's a marshy or boggy piece of land. Norfolk and Lincolnshire (eastern England) were full of 'em until some eejits in the early 1700's figured out how to systematically use ditches and crude pumps to drain the fens for farming.
