i havent met anyone with my name before, and i dont know how to pronounce it correctly because my parents pronounce it differently. my dad says "kee-ree-ah" and my mom says "kih-ree-ah". im a girl, by the way, and my father is from an island called curacao and my mother is maltese-english.

You ineed have an interesting and unusual name. It means "Lady" in Greek, and is derived from "Kyrios" (Lord). The pronounciatition is Key-REE-ah. I should point out that "Kyria" has never been used as a first name in contemporary or ancient Greece, although the related names Kyriaki (or Kyriake) and Kyriacos are very popular in my neck of the woods.
