I am looking for the Meaning and the Origin of these two names; One been Galatia or Galatea or Gelada and lastlly Arwen, both are from the Lord Of the Ring by J. R. R Talken.

I've always seen Noni as a diminuitive for Nona (which you're free to click), though it could definitely derive from something else. The name was used for a character on the old Nickolodeon show Pete and Pete; she was the one whose father was played by Iggy Pop.
