(Besides "Melody") "Harmony", "Cadence" and "Allegra" are names that have musical connotations. I'm not sure if "Sonata" or "Sonatina" have been used as names.....it's possible.

How about Lyric, Melody, or Harmony? When I hear Sonata, I think of the sleeping pill. (Yes, I'm a nurse!) Also, Allegra is the name of an allergy medication.
