Attn. Daividh & Sarahjeanne
You posted a something a little below and here is what I wanted to say.
Daividh, ich nehme einmal an, dass du deutsch sprichst und nach der Rechtschreibreform schreibt man Hass mit doppel s und nicht mit scharfem.
Sarahjeanne, you probably mean the German band Rammstein ("Du hasst mich")

Yep, that's the one. At least I had the first letter, right? Thanks, Ann. :)

Hi Anne,
Interesting. It's been over a decade since I've been to Germany and I really don't keep up with spelling reforms (plus my German is VERY rusty and gets only occasional reading use). But plain old "ss" seems so...plain somehow. Pity.
Heck, I even miss Fraktur. Still quite a bit of it around when I lived for a time in Germany, altho it was pretty much outmoded even then.

Hi Daividh,
not every ß is delated. There are some ß left. It always depends on how long the consonant (a,e,i,o,u) before the ß ist spoken.
