The only things I have ever met with the name Maizie are dogs and cats...
Layne could perhaps be a variant of Laine or else it's another one of those made up names, which Shaylen most definitely is, or it's an eloboration of Shay.Dilen could be an alternate spelling of Dylan or something along those lines, Kayne a variant of Cain, Krystopher is a variant of Christopher and Lyn a variant of Lynn is definitely a girls name, never EVER met a guy named Lyn...

Small correction on Lyn(n)...Lynn was actually very popular as a boys name in Wales about 30-40 years ago, and it still turns up as a middle name for boys born today (rare). Nowadays boys are more likely (I would think) to be named Lyndon or Lynford when remembering male relatives with this name. The usage may derive from the surname Lynn )person from King's Lynn, a small town)or the Welsh word Llyn (hleen) 'pool', or from some third source unknown to me.
