Yes, I found it in Gundam Wing. If it drives from a number like most of the other characters I would have no idea what number it would be either. Since she symbolizes peace for the series I guess that is what her name might mean. Your sugestion seems plosable as well since she was the queen of the World Nation. I guess it is a made-up name. Thankyou for your work and time.
